1. The service
FleaCorner lets people publish, free of charge, listings for sales, fairs and markets and the items offered there, and lets anyone browse those listings and contact the sellers. Using the site means you accept these terms.
2. What FleaCorner does and does not do
FleaCorner puts buyers and sellers in touch. We are not a party to any sale: no payment goes through the site, we do not store or ship items, and sales are agreed directly between people, usually in person. We give no guarantee about the condition, conformity or availability of items.
3. Your account
You must be 18 or over to create an account. You agree to give accurate information and to keep your password confidential; anything done from your account is treated as done by you. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
4. Your listings
You alone are responsible for the content of your listings (text, photos, prices, address, dates) and for their accuracy. You confirm that you own the rights to the photos you publish and that the items may be sold lawfully. In particular, the following are not allowed: items whose sale is illegal, counterfeits, weapons, dangerous products, abusive, discriminatory or unlawful content, and other people's personal information.
If you sell as a business, you must meet the obligations that apply to businesses (buyer information, statutory warranties, etc.).
Listings are reviewed before they go live. We may refuse, reformat or remove a listing that does not follow these terms, without having to give a reason.
By publishing, you allow us to display your text and photos on the site and to use them to promote your listing (sharing, search engines) for as long as it is published.
5. Messages and offers
Messaging is for conversations between buyers and sellers about listings. Advertising, unsolicited sales messages and abuse are not allowed. A price offer sent through the site binds no one until the buyer and the seller have agreed.
6. Reporting content
To report an unlawful listing or message, use the report button on the site or email us at [email protected] with the page address and the reason. We promptly remove content that is clearly unlawful.
7. Liability
The site is provided as is. We do our best to keep it available and reliable but cannot guarantee it at all times. FleaCorner is not responsible for sales agreed between users or for content they publish. If these terms are breached, we may suspend or delete an account.
8. Intellectual property
The FleaCorner name, logo and site design are protected. Reproduction without permission is not allowed. Listings remain the property of their authors.
9. Personal data and cookies
How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy, and our use of cookies in our cookie policy.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page. They are governed by French law. If there is a dispute, please contact us first so we can look for an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts are those determined by the ordinary rules of law.
